Every year, before the actual Sinulog Festival, The Sinulog Foundation organized a nightly cultural presentation in Fuenter Osmena Circle. The participants are raffled to each public and private institution in Cebu. Most of the performer are students from DepEd Cebu City specially Abellana School, University of San Jose Recoletos and Cebu State College of Science and Technology.
