This is the first underpass in Cebu comparable to the underpass in Recto except there in no pedestrian underpass. The sign said this way to Hidden Paradise of San Fernando Town located at the south of Cebu City. If you begin in Cebu City it will take you 1 hours and 30 minutes but you still need another 30 minutes from the highway to the resort proper which is 4 kilometer rough narrow road. Nice for adventure and nature lover. Going to Hidden Paradise is not easy as you can see how deep is the road side. As we come nearer to the resort the road become narrow and stipper.
