Cebu Bloggers Society Anniversary Celebration

Cebuano Bloggers Society has reached its own peak. It was well recognized not only in the province but also thought the country. I do not know when this blogging technology really started but I started to notice it in the internet sometime in 2006.

I started blogging in the December of 2006. It serves me as personal online collection of information about education. As I go deeper in the world of blogging I found many online blogging community not only in US, Europe but also in Manila so I began to think that Cebu should have its own Blogging community. Luckily, on Feb 14, the Cebu Bloggers Society was organized for the purpose of organizing the bloggers to have common venue to share and promote CEBU ISLAND.

The CBS has became the recognized blogging organization in Cebu. Local business community and local government already tied up with CBS for different events. Then in 14th  of  February, the group will be having its 2nd founding anniversary! The them of the celebration is “CBS @ 2: The Cebu Bloggers Society 2nd Anniversary Celebration”. The event main goal is to strengthen more the camaraderie among members.

The event will be held on Sunday, February 14, 2010, 5-9PM, at the Celebration Hall of SM Storyland, Lower Ground Floor, SM City Cebu.
