Moalboal is one of my favorite Cebu beach resorts destination that I have visited. Gone there twice,with family when I was a kid and school outing during college. During my second visit I felt the resort was familiar at first I was doubtful,feels like dejavu. But when I confirmed it to my mother, it turns out it is the same resort I've gone to as a kid. I forgot the name all I know is it's located in Basdaku. I think it is the only resort in that area.
