Cebu Doctor's Hospital

With regards to technology and facilities, Cebu Doctors Hospital i think is second to Chong Hua Hospital. However in quality of service and doctors, i think Cebu Docs is much more better.How did i said that? My 2 child was born in Chong Hua while my youngest was once brought to Cebu Doctor due to amoeba and i did see the difference in service of their nurses and attendant including the doctors of course.
