Guess the location of this new building on the rise near capitol. If you are regular commuter in Cebu you will notice the volume of traffics as well as the number of new building on the rise.

I find Cebu now as Mega City because its infrastructure and resources.

    This is in the corner across Chong Hua Hospital and Robinson's Cybergate. I'm not sure what the name of the street is. But at any rate, this is still near SM City Cebu where Tech Sale at SM CyberZone is happening.
