There are 2,000 youth delegates from all over the country will visit Cebu tomorrow morning during the 2008 Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) National Congress at the Waterfront Hotel in Lahug, Cebu City. After the President's statement, a launching of the SK Official Theme Song is slated by Suitcase 101, the National Champion of the Globe Kantabataan 2007. The annual SK Congress has the theme "SK Transform Leadership, Transpire Actions and Transcends Competence." Objectives of the congress are to provide a venue for airing the SK issues and concerns; to interface with other members of the SK as an organization; to be informed of the existing policies, programs and projects of the government intended for the youth; and officially launch the different programs and projects of the SK National Federation.
